I will consult with your attorney and your accountant to properly prepare application documents. I will also provide permittees and of backers with liquor regulation advise.
I have 30+ years of experience dealing with liquor agents and the department of Consumer Protection in regards to liquor issues.
All you have to do is supply me with the answers to questions and any necessary back up paper work and I will fill out any and all necessary paper work. I will take the required pictures, review all financial paper work, assist in preparation of you menu (restaurant permit(s)). Additionally, I will prepare the necessary sketches of the premises, and meet with the applicant and Connecticut Liquor Control agents as needed.
I stay with you right up to the issuance of your permit. I can also help with inventory and cost control.
